Do not use DUAKLIR PRESSAIR if you have asthma without also using a medicine called an inhaled corticosteroid.
Do not use DUAKLIR PRESSAIR if you have a severe allergy to milk proteins, or are allergic to aclidinium bromide, formoterol fumarate, or any of the ingredients in DUAKLIR PRESSAIR. Ask your healthcare provider if you are not sure.
WHAT SHOULD I TELL MY HEALTHCARE PROVIDER BEFORE USING DUAKLIR PRESSAIR?
Tell your healthcare provider about all your medical conditions, including heart problems, high blood pressure, seizures, thyroid problems, diabetes, eye problems (especially glaucoma, as DUAKLIR PRESSAIR can make it worse), prostate or bladder problems or problems passing urine, are pregnant or plan to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed.
Tell your healthcare provider about all medicines you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, herbal supplements and eye drops. DUAKLIR PRESSAIR and certain other medicines may interact with each other and may cause serious side effects. Especially tell your healthcare provider if you take anticholinergics (including umeclidinium, tiotropium, ipratropium, aclidinium, glycopyrrolate), other LABA (long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist) medicines (including formoterol, arformoterol, salmeterol, vilanterol, indacaterol, olodaterol) or atropine.
HOW SHOULD I USE DUAKLIR PRESSAIR?
Use DUAKLIR PRESSAIR exactly as prescribed. Do not use DUAKLIR PRESSAIR more often than prescribed. Use 1 inhalation 2 times each day (one in the morning and one in the evening). If you miss a dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take 2 doses at one time.
Do not use other medicines that contain a LABA for any reason. Do not stop using DUAKLIR PRESSAIR unless told to do so by your healthcare provider because your symptoms might get worse. DUAKLIR PRESSAIR does not relieve sudden symptoms. Always have a rescue inhaler with you to treat sudden symptoms.
Call your healthcare provider or get medical care right away if your breathing problems get worse, you need to use your rescue inhaler more often than usual, or your rescue inhaler does not work as well to relieve your symptoms.

Pharmacist Instructions for Insured/Not Covered Patients: Submit the claim to the primary Third-Party Payer first; if the
primary claim submission shows a managed-care restriction
(step-edit, prior authorization, or NDC block), continue the claim
adjudication process and submit the balance due to Change Healthcare
as a Secondary Payer COB with patient responsibility amount and a
valid Other Coverage Code of 3. This will reduce eligible patient’s
out-of-pocket costs by $0 for 30-day supply (1 inhaler); patient
out-of-pocket expenses may vary.
Pharmacist Instructions for a Cash-Paying Patient: Submit this claim to Change Healthcare. A valid Other Coverage Code (e.g., 1) is required. The card will cover up to a maximum of $100 per 30-day supply (1 inhaler). Reimbursement will be received from Change Healthcare.
